Rights of Access

Access to the Auroville Directory is permitted to anyone with an @auroville.services or @auroville.community account.

Confidentiality and Non-disclosure

Data displayed in the directory is property of the Residents Assembly of Auroville and managed by its Working Committe.

You may utilise the information obtained in the Auroville Directory for your personal and professional purposes within the confines of Auroville.

You may not use the information obtained in the Auroville Directory to stalk, harass, or otherwise disturb people. You may not use the information obtained in the Auroville directory for any illegal purpose.

You may not save or share any data obtained on the Auroville Directory with anyone not permitted to use this platform, in particular you may not provide any data from the Auroville Directory to any party outside Auroville.

You are not allowed to use the information herein to build databases, directories or any other form of collection or archive, be it commercial or otherwise.

User Account

Your access to the Auroville Directory is based on your access to your @auroville.services or @auroville.community account. It is your responsibility to keep your account secure and personal. Any usage by third parties shall be your responsibility.

If you face any issue with your account, please consult https://support.auroville.community.

Termination

If it is found that you have violated these terms of access, your account used may be disabled completely of all services provided by it and you may be prosecuted as seen fit by the Auroville Residents' Assembly or its applicable bodies.

Any disputes will be handled in line with the Auroville Conflict Resolution Policies in place and subject to the Auroville jurisdiction.

Validity

These terms stay valid for as long as you access this platform. The confidentiality and non-disclosure terms never expire, regardless of your usage of this platform.
